Victim Management.-This functionality will allow the personal information of victims who request care to be recorded. Case management. .- This functionality will allow the file to be registered and follow up on the victims' requests. Flows.- Depending on the type of request it will be possible to automate some tasks required in the flow (e.g. notify via email the change of status of a case, approval action, among others). Chatter.- The Chatter functionality will allow interaction on the internal social network of Salesforce to publish and notify users. File Attachments.- Consider using standard Salesforce functionality to attach files to case records. Reports and Dashboards.- The solution consider a tool aimed at End Users so that they themselves can create their reports and dashboards in a friendly and simple way.
