Dashbird brings observability into serverless applications by log analysis, tracing, failure detection and system monitoring. Serverless users building applications on AWS Lambda, API Gateway, SNS and SQS can use this service to build and improve their services. Using Dashbird, developers can optimise development time, understand failures and optimise services for lower latency or cost.
In order for Dashbird to provider you with all the insight and information, we require the deployment of a Cloudformation stack, which exclusively contains read-only access to your AWS account. The full contents of the stack can be examined here: https://s3.amazonaws.com/dashbird-cf/cloudformation.yml. The deployment of it is handled during the Dashbird's onboarding process, and you will be guided through every step.
AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
This contract-based listing bills on monthly Lambda invocation volume. Five base tiers cover set monthly capacity: Enterprise 100 (100M invocations), Enterprise 200 (200M), Enterprise 300 (300M), Enterprise 400 (400M), and Enterprise 500 (500M). You pick the tier that matches your expected monthly volume. Each step up adds 100M invocations of covered capacity. If your usage passes your chosen tier, the Additional 1M invocations option lets you add capacity in 1-million-invocation increments. This add-on works alongside any base tier, so you can scale monitoring coverage as your serverless workload grows.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one invocation for billing across these tiers?
An invocation is a single Lambda function execution monitored through your connected AWS account. Dashbird collects this data from AWS CloudWatch APIs. Each tier covers a set monthly count of these executions. Other monitored services, such as API Gateway or DynamoDB, connect too, but the billed metric is monthly Lambda invocations.
What happens if my monthly invocations pass my chosen tier's limit?
You add capacity using the Additional 1M invocations option, which stacks on top of your base tier in one-million-invocation increments. Your base tier stays the same. You only pay for the extra increments you add beyond the covered monthly volume.
Does subscribing add extra charges to my own AWS bill?
Possibly. Dashbird polls AWS CloudWatch APIs to gather monitoring data. AWS charges for data transferred out of CloudWatch and for CloudWatch API requests, based on your polling frequency for services like queues, containers, and databases. These AWS charges are separate from your tier price.
