What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about HYPR is its seamless, passwordless authentication experience. It makes logging in faster and more convenient, while also strengthening security by reducing reliance on traditional passwords. The platform is user-friendly and reliable, and it integrates well with existing enterprise environments, making secure access easier for both end users and IT teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial setup and deployment can take some technical expertise, particularly when integrating HYPR with complex or legacy systems. A few configuration options aren’t as intuitive as they could be, and more detailed documentation for advanced use cases would make troubleshooting and ongoing administration much easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps solve security and productivity challenges associated with traditional password-based authentication by enabling passwordless access. This reduces password-related issues, minimizes the risk associated with compromised credentials, and creates a smoother login experience.

What do you like best about the product?
We love HYPR for passwordless MFA - it's secure and super convenient for our team. The app makes logging in a breeze with a quick FaceID scan.
What do you dislike about the product?
The onboarding process can be a bit tedious, but I understand this is needed for security purposes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HYPR is probably my favorite passwordless MFA solution that I've used. Our employees don't have to deal with forgotten passwords or security issues from login credentials, and the login process into our SSO service is simple and quick.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about HYPR is how technical depth and practical execution go hand in hand. The focus on passwordless authentication and strong security fundamentals is genuinely interesting to work on, and the engineering challenges feel meaningful rather than just theoretical.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the pace can feel fast, and things may change quickly as the product evolves. Occasionally that can make it harder to keep everything fully aligned, but it’s understandable in a growing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HYPR is solving real problems around password fatigue, security risks, and poor user experience by enabling strong, passwordless authentication. That benefits me by letting me work on solutions that are both technically solid and clearly valuable to customers

Efficient Biometric Auth, Needs Better Logging

What do you like best about the product?
I use HYPR for biometric authentication, and I like that it allows us to support device-based biometric logins without the need to develop and update our own intensive system. It's overall easy to manage, and the device-based biometrics work well from what I've experienced. We have a custom portal that links into the HYPR API, which provides easy management access to our internal staff. I believe that the initial setup is straightforward after creating a new image for our specific setup requirements but I would say the ease of setup depends on what systems you are integrating it with specificaly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The logging against the platform, specifically error logging, could be improved. In our deployment, we see a huge amount of error messages often, most of which do not actually require any intervention. It's not possible to stop them at a log level either from some of these specific errors which can make it difficult to sort through the logs when required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HYPR allows us to support device-based biometric logins without developing our own system, saving time and effort. It's easy to manage, and the device-based biometrics work well.
