Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

You buy this platform through a contract with per-user pricing across three functional options. Diagnostic covers the full diagnostic enterprise imaging suite. VNA handles DICOM and non-DICOM image acquisition with universal viewing. Teleradiology supports reading-as-a-service workflows. You pay per user for each option you select, so cost scales with how many users you enable. Two additional charges apply: a True-Up charge and a Miscellaneous charge, both measured in user hours and set in your contract. The True-Up reconciles actual usage against your committed amount. Charges follow the terms defined in your signed contract.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
Each option bills per named user you enable for that function. A Diagnostic user reads across the imaging suite. A VNA user accesses image acquisition and universal viewing. A Teleradiology user performs remote reading. You count users separately per option, so enabling someone in two options counts twice.
The True-Up charge reconciles your real usage against the amount you committed to in your contract. It is measured in user hours. If you use more than your commitment, the True-Up captures the difference. The specific rate and reconciliation terms follow what your signed contract defines.
Per-user charges for Diagnostic, VNA, and Teleradiology drive most of your cost and scale with the users you enable. The True-Up and Miscellaneous charges, measured in user hours, add on top. All selected charges bill together under one contract, so per-user counts usually dominate the total.
