What do you like best about the product?
The UX is modern and cloud based. It easily connects with multiple third-party services, making it a valuable hub to connect our data. We got great support setting it up which required little effort our end. We are still transitioning to the product, so we don't use it frequently yet.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is a new product and is still in the process of maturing to the level of Newforma Project Centre. If you already use NPC, you may be expecting features that aren't available yet but if you're new to EDMS, this will be an impressive tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to track issues and changes on a project. This centralises that effort natively as well as integrating with third-party services.

I like how Newforma Konekt centralizes project communication and documents in one place. It makes it much easier to track emails, files, and decisions without digging through multiple systems.

While Newforma Konekt is helpful overall, it can be difficult to learn at first and isn’t always the most user-friendly, especially for new users.

Newforma Konekt is solving the problem of scattered project information—emails, documents, RFIs, and tasks living in different places. By centralizing everything into one platform, it makes it much easier to find information quickly, stay organized, and keep projects moving without delays or miscommunication

What do you like best about the product?
I love this platform as this platform assist financial companies to strictly monitor and avoid cost over run. This platform enhances visibility and progress of the construction project reducing risk from deviation of original project. Other than this platform also enables the financier and construction team to work hand to hand in co-ordination. The best of this platform is it avoids false flags completion through the metrics. It also enables to keep track of the schedule to timely take precaution before lagging which might derail the project causing huge financial losses. I also love the user interface and easy onboarding of this platform. The capability of this platform for both 2D and 3D is really good. The integration supported by this platform makes this platform more powerful. The user management which is available is also worth mentioning.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really love this platform but since this platform is not customized for financial point of view, having a total control over the proceeding of the project is nearly impossible though progress can be seen. The once a while login to see the status can sometime be overwhelming for financier. Though I also have to admit that it is a powerful construction and engineering tool, having more templates would make this platform really good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This Platform enhances visibility and transparency of project enabling issue detection, project progress, financial control etc. This platform is really productive for long term monitoring.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Newforma Konekt's strong search capability and its ability to associate project-related emails. The CA tools for RFIs and Submittals are the most commonly used items, and their ability to be shared with external team members who do not have a Newforma license is really beneficial. The search everything tool allows looking for digital project-related items through one platform, including email, documents of all sorts like PDFs, Word, Excel files, AutoCAD files, and more, with a viewer for almost all document types. It also facilitates organized tracking of RFIs and submittals from original submission to closeout. Switching from Newforma Project Center to Konekt when we went entirely to cloud-based data storage was a smooth process. Konekt was remarkably easy to set up and get started; migrating 1000+ projects from NPC to Konekt had very few hiccups, and it is simpler to manage than NPC. I also find the improved processes, like filing project-related email, to be really helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Newforma Konekt is constantly being improved and new features are released, but not all of the features from Newforma Project Center are available yet. I would like to see the addition of the teams and meetings feature similar to Newforma Project Center.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Newforma Konekt provides a common place to access project data in multiple locations and offers strong search capability. It associates project emails and tracks RFIs and Submittals, allowing sharing with external team members, which simplifies project management.
