Vendor refund policy
Newforma will refund to Customer a pro-rata portion of the prepaid fees for such Service for the then-current Subscription Term, if any, based upon the time remaining in the then-current Subscription Term.

The user interface is not the most intuitive. Certainly not for novices as training is required.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how fast it is to log and send documentation through Konekt. Great connectors to work in Konekt with other programs I'm already using. Easy to train teams how to use it and get them into the program in no time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Biggest issue at the moment is that it's still in development - I'm excited to see what's to come!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Faster document logging during construction, easy communication with the team (internal and external), and amazing Procore connector.
