Sending of an SMS that certifies the sender, content, recipient's phone number, delivery, and time at which each event occurs. Transmission goes through the web portal or API services, and evidence is stored online and with the option of long-term archiving (LTA). What it is used for? It ensures that a message is sent and delivered to the recipient's cell phone, which has evidentiary value in court. It can be used for: Notification of changes in conditions/tariffs of energy, insurance or other companies, as well as for sending binding promotional offers, confirmation of summonses, missed payments, etc. Its main features are: Evidences and identification Certification of content: The content is electronically signed. This certifies its unchangeability. Certification of delivery: Generates a proof of delivery in the customer's phone. Digital preservation Legal validity: Certified electronic SMS have full legal validity, making them a valid tool for legal and administrative processes. Digital Archiving: All SMS and attachments are digitally archived and easily retrieved from the web platform. The Long-Term Archiving system ensures the following features: Authenticity, Integrity, Availability and Searchability. Management process Real-time update: Generates sending status information and related evidence as the process progresses. API automation: Facilitates the automated sending of certified SMS through integration with enterprise systems. Batch sending: Allows batch delivery to up to 100k recipients via the web App or API integration. Real-time tracking: The status of the sending and the evidence generated can be viewed in real time via the web App or automatically via the API.
