    Pricing

    Unleash Feature Management Platform

     Info
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator  to estimate your infrastructure costs.

    Dimensions summary

This listing offers one contract option: Unleash Enterprise. You buy it in units, and each unit includes 40 users. Pricing scales by the number of units you purchase, so you add units as your team grows. There is no cap on Monthly Active Users or Monthly Service Connections, meaning usage volume does not change your cost. Billing runs on a contract term rather than by usage. Support, security controls, and compliance features come with the plan. To increase capacity, you add more units against the same contract.

    Top-of-mind questions for buyers

One unit covers 40 users. Users are the individuals who log in to manage feature flags. If your team grows past 40, you add another unit to raise your seat count. Each added unit provides another block of 40 users on the same contract.
No. This unit places no limit on Monthly Active Users or Monthly Service Connections. Your cost is tied to the number of units and their 40-user allotment, not to how much end-user traffic your applications generate. Usage spikes do not change your bill.
You get unlimited feature flags, projects, and environments, plus A/B/n testing and user segmentation. It includes single sign-on, role-based access control, audit logs, and change-request approval workflows. Standard support and customer success access come with the plan. Some capabilities, like a hosted private instance, are available as add-ons.

Versatile and Easy to Use, Highly Recommended

    Reviewed on Jul 30, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I love Unleash's easy-to-use interface and find its tutorials to be very to the point. The wide variety of use cases is also impressive. The initial setup was easy and needed to be done just once. I was able to use it in many possible ways, which adds to its value for me. I also like the UI a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing is the playground for variants and custom strategies. For example, I can use the playground for default strategies like userId, but when variants are set for ID, I want to know what response we'll get, like variant value or if a toggle occurs. For custom strategies, I know Unleash doesn't resolve those, but it should give options to add conditions like one does in an application for custom strategies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Unleash makes things easy by allowing me to set defaults for keywords per id using variants with 100 weightage, simplifying my workflow.

Developer-Friendly, API-First Platform with Strong RBAC and Self-Hosting Control

    Reviewed on Jul 11, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Developer-friendly SDKs paired with an API-first design. The UI is clean, and the RBAC model is strong for governance. It’s also self-hostable, which gives full control over data and compliance
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the more advanced features take a bit of training to use effectively. The built-in analytics are fairly limited, so it feels like you need a separate metrics tool to get the insights you want. I’ve also noticed minor UI performance quirks when working with a large number of flags.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How do we ship faster and more often, while still keeping releases safe, measurable, and governed?

It addresses this by giving teams a centralized, API-driven platform to manage feature flags, rollouts, and experiments, backed by enterprise-grade controls and strong auditability.

Transformative Feature Management with Unleash at Scale

    Reviewed on Jul 10, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about Unleash is its extensibility, which allowed us to build a custom wrapper that fits perfectly into our engineering patterns and enables efficient central management. The privacy model is also a standout: data never leaves our servers and all evaluations happen server-side, which was key for stakeholder buy-in. Unleash has fundamentally changed our release process, decoupling deployment from release, enabling safe, gradual rollouts, instant rollbacks, and empowering both engineering and product teams to move faster without sacrificing safety or compliance. We've seen a 35% increase in deployments and a 20% conversion uplift, with zero major incidents from releases.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no major negatives that stand out in my experience with Unleash. If anything, the only challenge was the need to build some custom integrations and abstractions, such as our own Backstage plugin and SDK wrappers, to fit our specific workflows and reduce cognitive load for our teams. However, these were more about tailoring Unleash to our environment rather than shortcomings of the product itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps make our releases safer while reducing our time to market, and it also supports a culture where we can experiment, learn, and fail fast.

Feature Ops and Flags Are a Game-Changer for Safe, Fast Releases

    Reviewed on Jul 10, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I love how feature management, especially with feature flags, lets us move fast without losing control. We could ship a hundred releases a day, experiment safely, and always have the option to roll back if something wasn’t right. It became a core part of our culture, not a burden but a facilitator, giving us both speed and trust—internally and with customers. The ability to isolate changes, monitor KPIs in real-time, and align teams across engineering, product, and operations was invaluable. Feature ops, as a broader practice, helped us plan, release, measure, and govern software changes at scale, not just on the front end but across APIs and back end services, too.
What do you dislike about the product?
One challenge is the operational overhead that can build up if you don’t clean up old feature flags. At one point, we had a hundred thousand lines of code with everything turned on by default, and it took a dedicated sprint to sort it out. Sometimes, even with feature flags, issues like retries or caching can create unexpected complexity, making it hard to truly switch off a problematic feature. Communication can also be tricky—ensuring everyone knows what’s rolling out and where to find the right information, without relying on emails that get lost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Transformative Feature Management Platform with Intuitive UI

    Reviewed on Jul 08, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how Unleash has enabled us to decouple deployment and release, which has transformed our development and release practices. The intuitive UI made onboarding both engineering and product teams smooth and fast. The ability to use feature flags as kill switches was a standout, and the positive feedback from both our partners and internal teams has been significant. Integrating Unleash into our secure SDLC and being able to rethink our release strategies has been a huge win.
What do you dislike about the product?
We did encounter some friction around managing technical API keys for platform access during our rollout. While we were able to design an in-house solution to reduce that developer friction, it's an area that could be smoother out-of-the-box. Otherwise, most aspects have been positive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Unleash enables us to manage release risk, gradually rollout new features to customers and maintain customer trust in our platform and feature delivery processes
