Quant Shield is a lightweight, plug-and-play product that brings post-quantum encryption to any application, without requiring changes to the app logic, backend, or TLS stack. Quant Shield works at the application layer, encrypting GET, POST, PUT, etc. requests and payloads using AES keys derived from Kyber (ML-KEM 1024), a NIST-approved post-quantum Key Encapsulation Mechanism. The app stays untouched, TLS stays intact, and data is now quantum-safe.
Quant Shield is a quantum-resistant API encryption framework that sits between client applications and backend servers. It ensures that every API call - from the moment it leaves your device until it reaches your server - stays encrypted with post-quantum algorithms, immune to both classical and future quantum attacks.
It makes business-critical API calls (HTTP, GET, PUT, POST, DELETE, PATCH, FETCH), payloads, URIs, responses, tokens (JWTs, Authorization Tokens), headers (system specifications or other tokens), and metadata at the application layer level quantum-safe.
As a result of quantum-resistant encryption, Quant Shield also provides protection from quantum adversaries in the following Layer 7 (Application) to Layer 4 (Transport) cyber-attacks:
API snooping
MitB (Man in the Browser) attacks
API enumeration
Quant Shield is a lightweight, plug-and-play product that brings post-quantum encryption to any application, without requiring changes to the app logic, backend, or TLS stack. Quant Shield works at the application layer, encrypting GET, POST, PUT, etc. requests and payloads using AES GCM 256 keys derived from ML-KEM 1024, a NIST-approved post-quantum Key Encapsulation Mechanism with a QRNG entropy source. The app stays untouched, TLS stays intact, and data is now quantum-safe.
Quant Shield provides an additional layer of security using PQC (Post Quantum Cryptography) over your existing TLS layer.

AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
QuantShield uses a single contract-based pricing dimension billed by Units. You buy the number of units you need under a fixed contract, so cost scales with the quantity you select. There are no separate tiers or instance sizes to choose between. Each unit provides post-quantum cryptography protection for QAegis VPN, helping secure network communications against quantum computing threats without requiring changes to your applications.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What does one unit of QuantShield cover for billing?
A unit maps to post-quantum cryptography protection applied to QAegis VPN network communications. You add units to match the coverage you need. Cost rises directly with the number of units you buy under the contract.
Does using QuantShield require changes to my existing applications?
No. QuantShield adds post-quantum cryptography protection for QAegis VPN without requiring application changes. It secures network communications against emerging quantum computing threats while your applications keep running as they are.
How does cost change if I need to protect more communications later?
Cost scales with the quantity of units you commit to under the contract. To expand coverage, you add more units. There are no separate tiers or instance sizes; the single unit dimension is the only variable that moves your total.

An AMI is a virtual image that provides the information required to launch an instance. Amazon EC2 (Elastic Compute Cloud) instances are virtual servers on which you can run your applications and workloads, offering varying combinations of CPU, memory, storage, and networking resources. You can launch as many instances from as many different AMIs as you need.
Version release notes
QuantShield Deployment Instructions (No Unsupported Characters)
QuantShield is deployed using two instances: a Management Server and a Core Server, each delivered as an AMI.
Management Server Deployment
Launch Instance
Use the Management Server AMI to launch an EC2 instance. All configurations and secrets are pre-set.
Configure Admin Frontend
In docker-compose-admin.yml, set the VITE_BASE_URL environment variable:
Ensure all containers are healthy before and after each script.
Verify Access
Confirm ports 80 and 443 are open.
Access the Admin Portal: https://admin.example.com and verify service availability.
Summary
QuantShield provides fast, secure, PQC-enabled connectivity with centralized management, easy configuration, and automatic reconnection for high availability
