How to Activate After Purchasing :
Accessing Perplexity: Navigate to the Perplexity website at perplexity.ai using a web browser. Click the "Sign in" or "Login" button, typically located at the top right corner of the homepage. If you have multiple Perplexity accounts, ensure you're logging in with the email address associated with your Enterprise organization.
Authentication Options:
You can sign in using one of three methods:
- Continue with email (enter your email address and password)
- Google account authentication
- Apple ID authentication
First-Time Setup: Once authenticated, you'll need to accept Perplexity's Enterprise Terms and Conditions to proceed. If you're the first person from your organization logging in or have been designated as an admin, you'll be prompted to enter your organization's name during the initial setup. This name can be changed later through the organization settings.
After completing these steps, you'll be redirected to the main Perplexity dashboard where you can access Enterprise features, including enhanced AI models, internal file search capabilities, and organizational tools.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Perplexity is its ability to combine AI-generated answers with source citations. Instead of just providing a response, it shows where the information comes from, which makes it much easier to verify facts and perform research. Provides source-backed answers with links to references. Summarizes information from multiple sources into a concise response. Speeds up research by reducing the need to visit numerous websites. Handles follow-up questions well and maintains context. Delivers a more focused experience compared to traditional search engines. The most valuable feature is the source citation capability. When researching technical topics, market trends, or troubleshooting issues, being able to quickly verify information and access the original sources saves a significant amount of time and increases confidence in the results. The biggest benefit is faster and more reliable research. It helps me find relevant information quickly while still allowing me to validate the underlying sources when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limitation is that while Perplexity is great for quickly gathering information, I still need to review the cited sources for important decisions or detailed technical research. The summaries are usually helpful, but they don't always capture every nuance from the original content.

Instead of manually opening several search results, reading articles, and comparing sources, Perplexity provides a summarized answer along with supporting references. Speeds up research and information gathering. Reduces the need to browse through multiple websites. Provides source citations for easier fact-checking and verification. Helps summarize complex topics into understandable insights. Makes follow-up research more efficient through conversational interactions. In my day-to-day work, I use it for researching technical topics, exploring new tools, gathering product information, and finding quick answers to operational or development-related questions. It helps me get relevant information much faster than a traditional search engine workflow. The biggest benefit is productivity. Tasks that would normally require reviewing multiple articles can often be completed in a few minutes, while still providing enough source visibility to validate important information when needed.

What do you like best about the product?
I’m using the basic free plan, and it works well for my day-to-day, normal searches.
What do you dislike about the product?
To access the advanced features, I have to purchase an upgraded plan. Also, I can’t attach multiple files at the same time, which makes the process less convenient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Definitely, it helps me with searches related to job descriptions. I work at a recruiting company, and sometimes I get niche roles that I haven’t worked on before. In those cases, I use Perplexity to simplify things for me and make the information easier to understand.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can use different AI models from various providers on the same site with a single subscription, which makes it very practical and convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe that if you are not attentive to the model you want to use, the system that automatically assigns one to you is usually not very accurate. That's why you have to pay close attention and choose the model you want to use yourself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, it has become something necessary in my day-to-day work. I can use it to draft content, refine funnels, create code, and other similar tasks, which helps me move forward faster and with more clarity.

chat is ok but don't fall for computer
What do you dislike about the product?
I used up all my credits in less than 1.5 hours, even though I pay for PRO, and don't get them back until the end of the month. That's frustrating. Also, I did a credit refill for $100, but then I got logged out in the middle of brainstorming and can't log back in. It feels like you don't get enough for the amount of money you pay. Once you pay, the platform should not kick you out in the middle of a session. It's hard to gather thoughts again. Plus, it's too expensive for a startup like mine; I'll never use it again after my credits expire.
