Maximo and MAS: Strong Foundations for Smarter Asset Management

    Reviewed on May 20, 2025
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about IBM Maximo Application Suite is how it brings everything together into a unified, modern platform. The integration of AI, mobile, and scheduling tools within the same environment really enhances operational efficiency. It’s built for scale, and when configured well, it can transform how maintenance and asset management are delivered.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about IBM Maximo Application Suite is that some parts still feel overly complex or not fully intuitive -especially during initial setup or when enabling newer features. The reliance on technical skills for configuration can be a barrier, and documentation doesn’t always keep pace with the product’s evolution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IBM Maximo Application Suite is helping us manage a vast portfolio of assets and maintenance operations in a more structured, efficient, and data-driven way. It brings visibility and control across our workflows, improves compliance tracking, and supports mobile working. This leads to faster response times, better decision-making, and reduced operational risk—especially critical in regulated environments.
