Highlights
Uplevel helps you meet your product goals without burning out your people.
AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
This contract uses one pricing dimension: Users. You pay based on the number of people in your software engineering organization. Pricing scales with headcount, so a larger engineering group means a higher total. There are no separate tiers, instance sizes, or usage add-ons to choose from. You commit to a contract term and set the user count to match your organization. The platform pairs engineering analytics with expert guidance, and full software access comes through this engagement.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one user for billing purposes?
One user is a person in your software engineering organization. The count covers your engineering headcount, not just active platform logins. Individual developer data stays aggregated at the team level for privacy, but each person in the org still counts toward your total user number.
How does my cost change if my engineering organization grows or shrinks?
Cost scales with the number of people in your engineering organization. Adding people raises your total; a smaller group lowers it. The vendor also notes you pay less over time as your team builds its own capability. Most clients start with a pilot team, then expand coverage.
What does the user-based engagement include beyond software access?
The engagement pairs platform access with expert guidance. You get engineering analytics, root cause diagnosis, industry benchmarks, and coaching. Full platform access requires integration with your dev tools. Support includes strategic reviews tied to business outcomes and internal champion development, so your team learns to drive change independently.

AI-driven code analysis has reduced defects and now improves development team efficiency
Reviewed on Dec 12, 2025
Review from a verified AWS customer
What is our primary use case?
I have used Uplevel to enhance code quality, which in turn reduced defects for a telecom client.
Uplevel analyzed the client codebase and identified the technical debt, code smells, and areas with high complexity. It helped reduce defects through defect prediction and improved code quality.
Uplevel's machine learning algorithm analyzes historical data and predicts that specific modules in a client application have a high likelihood of defects due to complexity and recent changes. Due to this capability, the development team focuses on high-risk modules, conducting thorough code reviews and testing to mitigate potential defects. With this approach, the team identified and addressed more than five critical defects, which likely reduced production issues and improved overall application reliability.
How has it helped my organization?
Production issues have decreased significantly and helped our organization level up.
The overall time required for code reviews and fixing bugs has decreased. Because this time went down, it helped the team focus more on code instead of worrying about bugs and code review times.
I have seen that time is definitely saved and the tasks that four developers would do have been cut down to just two, as Uplevel already performs code reviews and helps with bug defect identification.
What is most valuable?
Uplevel offers an AI-powered platform with machine learning algorithms that help with defect predictions and other predictions.
Uplevel is helpful in reducing human error. It helps reduce human effort and also reduces the number of defects that come when the product goes live in production.
What needs improvement?
Uplevel has reached a level of near perfection. However, there are parts that can be improved, including integration with more tools, enhancement of AI-powered insights, and customizations that can be protected. It can also provide expanded language support and incorporate continuous feedback, which will improve product quality.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using Uplevel for around a year and a half.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
There are no stability issues.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
There are no scalability issues.

What do you like best about the product?
The system shows how much time people spend in messengers. Good visualization of results.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is hard to interpret the results. Not all systems that we use every day, could be integrated with Uplevel
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main goal is to see the work shape of the teams and time distribution during a sprint

What do you like best about the product?
- automatic meeting categorization - tracking team member health and recommendations - ability to compare people metrics within one team - reports aligned by sprints - integration with bitbucket to track stuck PRs
What do you dislike about the product?
Many company meeting in calendar formally mandatory but since they are useless most of the time, people just skip them or connect "in background" to continue their regular activity. This corrupts statistics for meeting distribution and make it not realy honestly reflect reality
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can get visibility of team work (health) that I did not have before. It is convinient to have metrics from different sources(calendar, slack, bitcuvket, jira) in obe place and have alligned to team and sprint
Computer Software
Very good software that can manage your working process

What do you like best about the product?
It is a very useful tool to improve engineering team efficiency, simplify the work of scrum master and help to control different metrics across all linked products
What do you dislike about the product?
Very pure API support. It will be better to have a possibility to export metrics for different automations
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manage the progress of engineering teams in simple and visual representation, get metrics for sprints, and manage the health of work. This helps to build a right working balance inside teams.
