Terms and Conditions for Fixed-Scope Services:
Our fixed-price packages like the "Workflow Design Sprint" (4 hours) and "Asana Intensive Day" (8 hours) are designed to deliver maximum value within a defined timeframe. The listed prices are based on a standard project scope.
- Scope Confirmation: All projects are subject to a final scope review during our initial discovery call. Prices may be adjusted in the final Private Offer if the complexity of the workflow significantly exceeds the standard parameters.
- Managing Overages: We are committed to completing our work within the agreed timeframe. However, if a session needs to extend beyond the allocated hours to meet your goals, additional time will be billed at a preferential rate of $150 USD per hour, for a maximum of 3 additional hours. Any further work will be scoped as a separate project.
This policy ensures we can remain flexible to your needs while delivering the predictable, high-impact results our fixed-price services are known for.
