The Small tier covers up to $25,000 of monthly cloud spend. The Medium tier covers up to $100,000. The Large tier covers up to $250,000. The tiers work as usage bands, so you choose the one that fits your monthly cloud spending. As your spend grows, you move to a tier with a higher coverage ceiling.
