Financing for AWS Marketplace purchases
AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

This contract pricing centers on the number of cloud assets you monitor. The Small Business dimension covers up to 1,000 assets based on a monthly average. The Enterprise dimension applies to larger deployments, with pricing arranged directly with the vendor for your specific scale. The metering dimension handles overage, so you are billed when usage exceeds your committed amount. Together, these dimensions let you match your commitment to your asset count and pay for extra usage beyond that commitment.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
An asset is any cloud resource the platform tracks, such as a configuration item, service, or account object across your connected cloud accounts and regions. The platform builds an inventory of these assets. Your Small Business commitment covers up to 1,000 assets, measured as a monthly average rather than a daily peak.
When your monitored assets pass your committed amount, the overage metering dimension bills you for the extra usage. You are not blocked; the platform keeps monitoring and charges for assets above your commitment. This lets your coverage grow as your cloud environment adds resources.
You choose either the Small Business or Enterprise contract based on your asset scale. That contract sets your committed coverage. The overage metering dimension applies separately, billing only when usage exceeds that commitment. Both appear together, so your total reflects your committed tier plus any measured overage.
