About Polaris
Healthcare requires an experienced AI model: understanding what a patient needs, navigating a complex conversation, driving it to the right outcome and escalating when necessary, all at conversational speed with state-of-the-art safety.
That's the Polaris 5.0 difference.
Polaris 5.0 is a 5-trillion-parameter constellation powered by a 700-billion-parameter core model, allowing Hippocratic AI to add new clinical skills and upgraded features that make it the most medically advanced voice AI agent in healthcare, including:
contextual ASR
cough detection
drug safety
specialty scheduling
clinical escalation including suicidal ideation and child protective service alerts
Across more than 50 benchmarks, Polaris 5.0 is able to outperform leading voice-deployable models from OpenAI, Anthropic and Google on the clinical, regulatory, and conversational tasks required to safely manage real patient voice interactions, while running at speeds the frontier thinking models (GPT 5.4 Pro, Claude Opus 4.7, Gemini 3.1 Pro) cannot match.

AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
This listing offers one pricing option: the Basic Plan, billed by units under a contract. Pricing is not published on the Marketplace. Instead, you arrange a private offer directly with the vendor. Your rate depends on the terms you negotiate, so the unit count and cost are set through that private agreement. To get a price, you contact the vendor and discuss the AI healthcare agents your organization needs.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What does one unit under the Basic Plan represent?
A unit maps to the AI healthcare agent capacity your organization uses. The vendor builds agents for tasks like appointment scheduling, screening outreach, and post-discharge recovery calls. The exact unit definition and count are set in the private offer you negotiate, since pricing is not published on the Marketplace.
What clinical tasks are excluded from the AI agents in this plan?
The AI agents do not diagnose or prescribe. The vendor also excludes hospice care, mental health disorders, and children under age two. Agents recognize symptom cues and escalate to a human nurse when needed. This scope applies to the agents delivered under your contract.
Is this billed as usage or as an upfront commitment?
This is a contract-based option billed by units. You do not pay per call on a pay-as-you-go basis through the Marketplace. Instead, you arrange a private offer with the vendor. That agreement sets your unit count, rate, and term, so charges follow the negotiated contract.

Safety-First AI Agents That Feel Warm, Human, and Built for Real Clinical Work

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Hippocratic AI is that safety is clearly the starting point, not an afterthought. In healthcare, a confident wrong answer can do real harm, so it matters that the agents don't diagnose or prescribe, and that they hand the call to a human nurse when a patient mentions something concerning. The company is also upfront about what it won't handle, like hospice, mental health disorders, and very young children. I'd trust a tool more when it's honest about its limits.
I also appreciate that it's built for the real, repetitive work that eats up clinical staff time: follow-up calls after discharge, screening reminders, intake, and scheduling. Taking that off nurses' plates gives them more time for patients who need a human. The sample patient calls on the site sound warm and natural rather than robotic, which matters when you're talking to someone who may be unwell or anxious.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I'd call a dealbreaker, but a few things gave me pause. The first is that there's no public pricing, and the main way in is "Book a meeting." It's hard to judge cost or try it out without going through a sales conversation, which can be a barrier for smaller clinics and practices.
Many of the strongest results on the site, like the 30% drop in readmissions or the 12x ROI, sit behind gated case studies. The headline numbers are impressive, but I'd want to see how they were measured and whether they'd hold up for an organization like mine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hippocratic AI is tackling a problem that nearly every healthcare system faces: there aren't enough clinicians to make all the calls and follow-ups that good care requires. Patients get discharged and never hear from anyone, screenings get missed, medication questions go unanswered, and nurses spend hours on routine calls and paperwork instead of treating people. The company's AI agents handle that outreach by phone, including post-discharge check-ins, screening reminders, scheduling, intake, and medication support.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Hippocratic AI is that it focuses on using AI to support healthcare in a safe and responsible way. I like the idea of AI helping people and healthcare workers while still keeping human care at the center.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike about hippocratic AI is that the AI can sometimes feel limited and may not understand a situation as well as a human. I would also like more flexibility and clearer communication.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hippocratic AI helps reduce routine healthcare workloads and makes information and support more accessible. For me, it saves time, makes communication easier, and helps me get information when I need it.

Outstanding clinical safety standards for healthcare AI, though implementation takes time
Reviewed on Oct 02, 2026

What do you like best about the product?
What I Like (Pros): Unmatched focus on patient safety and minimizing medical hallucinations compared to generic LLMs. Designed specifically with healthcare guardrails and clinical accuracy in mind. Great potential to reduce administrative burdens on healthcare staff while maintaining compassionate communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I Dislike: Integrating it into existing healthcare systems and ensuring strict compliance protocols requires a very lengthy onboarding process. Availability and deployment options can feel restrictive due to stringent regulatory requirements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Problem It Solves: Our team needed a specialized, highly secure AI agent solution designed specifically for healthcare applications, where patient safety, clinical accuracy, and strict medical compliance are absolute non-negotiables. How We Are Using It (How it's solving the problem): At our workplace, we explore and integrate Hippocratic AI to handle non-diagnostic patient communication, routine health follow-ups, and administrative healthcare workflows safely and empathetically

Structured Patient Outreach That Keeps Nurses Off Long Dial Lists
Reviewed on Sep 30, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Structured patient outreach—medication check-ins, post-visit follow-up, simple education—can run without pulling a nurse off the floor for a long dial list. Calls stay in a non-diagnostic lane, and when something sounds concerning, the path to a human is clear enough that staff trust the handoff.
What do you dislike about the product?
Programs still need careful design: scripts, escalation rules, and which populations are in scope. If those are fuzzy, staff spend time cleaning up edge cases. It works best as a supervised workflow, not a set-and-forget bot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Care teams had more follow-up demand than calendar space. Important calls were delayed or skipped on busy days, which showed up later as confusion or missed steps in the plan. Automating a share of low-risk outreach has increased how many patients we actually reach and protected clinical time for bedside and complex cases.
