Rierino Composable CMS Proof of Concept

A rapid 4-week engagement to help teams establish a composable, API-first content foundation using Rierino’s developer-centric CMS. Designed for organizations looking to replace rigid or siloed content systems, this PoC delivers a functional headless CMS MVP with structured content models, governed workflows, and integration-ready APIs. The engagement is delivered within your AWS environment and can integrate with AWS services as needed, supporting Amazon Bedrock or other LLM providers for optional content generation or metadata suggestions.

Week 1: Content Domain Definition & Modeling Plan

• Identify a priority content experience (e.g., microsite, landing pages, knowledge base).
• Map existing content structures, workflows, and publishing steps.
• Define target content types, relationships, and governance needs.
• Establish success criteria and integration expectations for downstream channels.

Weeks 2–3: CMS Implementation & Workflow Configuration

• Model required content types and entities in Rierino’s composable CMS.
• Configure authoring workflows, roles, validations, and content governance.
• Expose API endpoints for delivery to your website, application, or service.
• Integrate at least one existing source or downstream channel as needed.
• Iterate with your content and technical teams for refinement.

Week 4: MVP Finalization & Knowledge Transfer

• Validate content workflows, publishing behavior, and API responses.
• Review extensibility options for new content models or channels.
• Provide documentation on structure, governance, and integration patterns.
• Conduct a technical handover and capability enablement session.
