Top-of-mind questions for buyers
The hourly rate bundles the EC2 instance you choose with the Joget DX 9 software license for 10 users on Microsoft Windows. You pay one combined hourly charge. Underlying AWS storage or data transfer costs are billed separately by AWS.
The hourly software charge applies only while the instance runs. Stopping or powering off the instance halts the hourly software charge. Attached AWS storage may still incur AWS fees while the instance is stopped, but that is separate from the Joget software license charge.
Each option maps to an AWS instance size across families like general-purpose m6, m7, m8, and t3. They differ in processor type, memory, storage, and network throughput. Larger sizes handle heavier workloads and cost more per hour. You pick the size that matches your expected load.

License fees will be offered as full refund if Joget is not fit for the customers need. A full license refund will be available for first 60 days and there after 50%. For refund, please send the request via email to cloud+billing@joget.com .

Usage instructions
- Launch the image.
- Ensure TCP 8080 port is open in Security Group.
- Once the status check of EC2 instance is OK, access Joget via http://{public_ip}:8080/jw
- Default login user is "admin" without quotes.
- Default login password is the Instance ID of that EC2 instance. Please do not forget to change the password after the launch.
