Client will pay Red Points all Fees listed in an applicable Scope of Services, in the currency quoted therein. Unless specified in the applicable Scope of Services, payment obligations are non-cancelable, and Fees paid are non-refundable and not subject to set-off. The Client is responsible for providing complete and accurate billing and contact information to Red Points and updating them of any changes.
