Process global usage data from one platform. Capture and process data from any network, site or cloud. View global activity across operating companies (opcos) and maintain consistency with containerized, configurable cloud architecture.
Operators worldwide have spent billions of dollars on network upgrades, all to support consumer demand for data. They have invested in higher bandwidth and better network architecture, to be able to manage all their networks in one place to streamline operations.
Minimize costs and streamline internal processes with a single strategic online and offline mediation platform. Capture and process customer usage events of any kind from any service delivery network. Support vast transaction volumes (billions of events per day), regardless of network or usage type, while lowering total cost of ownership.

AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.

This listing uses a contract pricing model with one dimension: Electronic Data Records (Units). You pay based on the volume of data records the platform processes, so cost scales with how many records you mediate. The platform collects, normalizes, enriches, and routes event data from your networks, services, and partners into clean records for charging and billing. Because pricing follows record volume, higher processing needs raise your total. There are no separate tiers or instance sizes to choose from — a single usage measure determines what you pay.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one Electronic Data Record for billing?
An Electronic Data Record is one usage event the platform processes, such as a call, data session, SMS, or IoT event captured from your network. The platform collects and normalizes each raw event into one clean record. Each processed record counts once toward your volume, so cost tracks the number of events mediated.
Does my record count include duplicate or rejected events?
The platform validates, de-duplicates, and repairs records before routing them downstream. Exceptions can be quarantined and resubmitted. The marketplace listing does not state whether duplicates or rejected events count toward billable Electronic Data Records. Confirm with the vendor how filtered or failed records are counted for your volume.
Does record volume cover both real-time and batch processing?
The platform supports online mediation and offline batch flows together in one architecture, handling real-time charging and traditional record-based offline flows. Both processing modes generate Electronic Data Records that count toward your volume. Cost follows the total records processed across both modes, not the processing method used.
