Notion Accelerated Launch

The Notion Accelerated Launch program offers a comprehensive, phased methodology designed to facilitate the successful implementation of Notion  (available on AWS Marketplace) within organizations.

Phase 1 - Discovery & Architecture: It first phase begins with the focus on understanding organizational objectives for knowledge management, aligning stakeholders, and setting up the foundational architecture. This phase includes tasks like defining performance indicators, aligning stakeholders, and creating a vision for the architecture, supported by technical and change management plans.

Phase 2 - Build & Iterate: In this phase, the program emphasizes constructing team spaces, applying security settings, and establishing a structured workspace. Key actions include building the Notion workspace, migrating content from legacy systems, and leveling up ambassadors and champions to drive engagement across teams.

Phase 3 - Enable & Launch: The last phase focuses on rolling out Notion to a wider user base with hypercare support and feedback collection to ensure smooth adoption. This phase includes live launch, user training, ongoing support via Slack, and formal handover to ensure sustained use and benefit from the platform.
