You choose one annual base package: Essentials, Professional, or Enterprise. Each package sets included users, workflows, forms, and production and non-production environments. Essentials and Professional include Standard support; Enterprise includes Premium support and anonymous access. Add-ons let you extend a base package with anonymous access, SAP connectivity, or extra production and non-production servers. You scale users through per-user tiers grouped by volume band, from 1-99 up to 10000 or more. You add capacity in packs: forms in 25-packs and workflows in 5-packs. Base packages, add-ons, and capacity packs are billed separately.

Additional users are billed per user through volume bands, from 1-99 up to 10000 or more. Each band carries its own per-user rate. The band applies to the additional users you add, on top of the users already included in your base package.
You pay one annual base fee for Essentials, Professional, or Enterprise. Add-ons like anonymous access, SAP connectivity, and extra servers bill separately. Capacity packs bill separately too: forms in 25-packs and workflows in 5-packs. Each item adds to the invoice independently, so your total is the base fee plus every extension you select.
The Connect for SAP add-on integrates SAP data into your business applications. You select data from SAP entities like customers, suppliers, and employees using drag and drop. SAP data can flow into workflows, forms, and monitoring dashboards without custom code. It is a separate charge added to your base package.
