Overview
Lanying IM Private Cloud Enterprise is private cloud communication software that helps organizations add in-app messaging and real-time communication to mobile, web, desktop, and server applications. It provides cross-platform SDKs and server APIs for one-to-one chat, group chat, rich media messaging, multi-device synchronization, callbacks, and application integration.
Buyers can select a registered-user capacity tier and add compatible RTC or optional software capabilities such as Advanced API, Anti-spam Plus, Custom Callback, and expanded group capacity. AWS Marketplace contracts and entitlements are automatically synchronized with Lanying Console after registration or account binding.
After subscribing, buyers use Lanying Console to create or bind an App and generate an installation token. Buyers then install, operate, and secure Lanying IM Private Cloud Enterprise on infrastructure they manage, including supported AWS infrastructure, private cloud environments, or on-premises servers. Lanying operates the control plane for account onboarding, AWS Marketplace entitlement synchronization, licensing, and installation token generation. This listing does not automatically create EC2 instances, storage, networking, or other AWS resources. Buyers are responsible for provisioning and paying for their own infrastructure, including any AWS charges incurred separately from the AWS Marketplace contract.

Your core capacity tier is required first. Each add-on then bills as one separate unit on top: RTC, Advanced API, Anti-spam Plus, Custom Callback, and Group Members. RTC must match your chosen capacity tier. The other add-ons work with any active core capacity. Charges add together on one invoice.
RTC adds real-time communication, meaning voice and video calling, to your deployment. It comes in three versions sized for the 10K, 15K, and 50K tiers. You select the version matching your core capacity, so its scale lines up with your user count. Select one unit only.

Vendor refund policy
Eligible non-private-offer purchases canceled within 48 hours receive a full refund under AWS Marketplace policy. After 48 hours, software charges are non-refundable except for duplicate charges, failure by Lanying AI to provision the service, unresolved material service defects, or where required by law.
