Vendor refund policy
Refunds are not provided for subscription fees once a billing cycle has started. Customers may cancel their subscription at any time, and access will continue until the end of the current billing period. In the event of a technical issue attributable to Asleep that prevents service usage for an extended period, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis. All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the incident.
