The trust layer for AI agent and API access: a federated directory and embedded PKI that governs which agents can call which APIs, under what policy - on top of your existing IAM, no rip and replace.
"Raidiam Connect is the trust layer for AI agent and API access. It is a federated directory and embedded PKI - in effect, a certificate authority and trust registry for AI agents - that governs who is allowed to call which API, and under what policy. It controls the identity, credentials, and access of agents, applications, and API consumers across multi-cloud and on-prem estates: the layer your existing IAM tools and API gateways were never built to provide.
As organizations adopt AI agents to automate tasks and act across organizational boundaries, they find that traditional IAM, OAuth servers, and gateways cannot govern non-human identities at this scale. Raidiam Connect adds that governance - and it layers on top of the infrastructure you already run, with no rip and replace.
Core capabilities:
Federated directory: register and discover every agent, app, API provider, and consumer under a single trusted framework
Embedded PKI: certificate-based mutual authentication with automated issuance, rotation, and revocation - no static secrets to store or leak
One-click revocation that propagates instantly across every connected IDP and API gateway
Fine-grained, policy-driven authorization governing which agents call which APIs, under what conditions
OpenID Federation trust anchor: signed metadata exchange, dynamic client registration, software statements, and policy-driven trust delegation across domains and partners
Governance across AWS, multi-cloud, and on-prem from one control plane, extending to Amazon Bedrock agents and MCP-style services
Built on open standards, from the ground up - not retrofitted: native support for OpenID Federation, OpenID Connect, OAuth 2.1, and FAPI 2.0.
Native AWS integrations: Amazon API Gateway, AWS Cognito, AWS KMS, and AWS Private CA. Also integrates with PingFederate, PingAccess, Okta, ForgeRock, Kong, and Apigee.
Proven in production: Raidiam runs the infrastructure behind national open banking and trust frameworks across Brazil, the UK, the UAE, Australia, and New Zealand - governing access for 1,000+ financial institutions and 100B+ API calls per year, with zero security incidents. Raidiam is an active contributor to the OpenID Federation standard, with architecture aligned to NSA and Five Eyes guidance for securing agentic AI."
Highlights
Deploy AI agents without losing control: govern every agent with cryptographic identity and policy-based access - no static secrets, full traceability back to a governing trust anchor.
Cut credential toil and risk: automate certificate issuance, rotation, and one-click revocation across every connected IDP and API gateway - eliminating the manual secret management legacy IAM leaves behind.
Adopt without rip-and-replace: layer a standards-native trust framework on top of your existing IAM, gateways, and cloud - proven across national frameworks governing 1,000+ financial institutions.

This listing offers one contract option: Raidiam Connect Enterprise Starter. You buy it as a single unit that bundles a fixed set of capacity limits rather than scaling by usage. The bundle covers up to 5 organisations on a multi-tenanted solution, standard support, and 5,000 API calls per month. It also caps you at 5 certificates per participant, 2 applications per organisation, and 2 authorization servers per organisation. Pricing does not vary by add-ons or size within this listing. You commit to the contract term and receive the bundled quotas as described.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one organisation toward the 5-organisation limit?
An organisation is a participant entity you onboard into the ecosystem directory, such as a bank, fintech, or partner company. Each one registers its own applications, authorization servers, and certificates within the caps. You can onboard up to 5 organisations under this contract on a shared multi-tenanted solution.
What happens if I need more than 5,000 API calls per month or higher capacity caps?
This contract bundles fixed quotas: 5,000 API calls monthly, 5 certificates per participant, 2 applications and 2 authorization servers per organisation. The listing does not offer usage overage or add-ons within these limits. To go beyond these caps, contact the vendor about other arrangements.
Do the different capacity limits combine into one bill, or is each metered separately?
They do not meter separately. You buy one contract unit that bundles all limits together at a single fixed price. The organisation count, API calls, certificates, applications, and authorization servers are ceilings within that one bundle. Your cost stays flat regardless of how much of each quota you use.
