Dimensions summary
You pay based on usage across two categories. The first tracks users in four size brackets: 0-10, 10-50, 50-100, and 100 plus. Each bracket splits into Total Users and Active Users, so pricing reflects both how many accounts exist and how many are active. As your team grows into a wider bracket, the applicable rate changes. The second category charges for message delivery, billed separately per WhatsApp message and per email message sent. These usage dimensions are independent, so your total combines user counts and message volume for the billing period.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
Total Users counts every registered account in that bracket. Active Users counts accounts that actually use the app during the billing period. You are metered on both measures, so registered but idle accounts still count toward Total Users even when they are not active.
User pricing follows four brackets: 0-10, 10-50, 50-100, and 100 plus. As your user count moves into a wider bracket, the rate that applies to that dimension changes. Your counts are billed under the bracket matching your current team size for the period.
Two independent categories combine on one invoice. User dimensions charge by counts across the four brackets. Message dimensions charge separately per WhatsApp message and per email sent. Teams delivering many reports see message volume weigh heavier; larger teams with fewer reports see user counts dominate.

Vendor refund policy
FieldReports charges are based on metered usage that has already occurred. Therefore, all fees are non-refundable. Customers may stop using FieldReports at any time. To discontinue charges, simply stop using the service, and ensure no active AWS resources continue generating usage. Stopping usage prevents future charges but does not generate refunds for past usage.

FieldReports CloudFormation Template
Cloudformation template is used for launching the FieldReports Stack. This will automatically create the required AWS resource in your account as below:
- S3 bucket with notification to SQS
- SQS for notification queue.
- AMI based EC2
- Elastic IPV4 address
CloudFormation Template (CFT)
AWS CloudFormation templates are JSON or YAML-formatted text files that simplify provisioning and management on AWS. The templates describe the service or application architecture you want to deploy, and AWS CloudFormation uses those templates to provision and configure the required services (such as Amazon EC2 instances or Amazon RDS DB instances). The deployed application and associated resources are called a "stack."

Usage instructions
Usage instructions Install the product from marketplace. The installation will initiate the stack formation process. The process prompts the user to enter a 6 to 8 digit word representing the Company or Team name, besides selecting the VPC and subnet to be used.
Keep the company name tag globally unique, to avoid auto paddding during deployment. the name tag is used to create the sub-domain assigned to your FieldReports portal URL. The deployment process will create the FieldReports Stack. This takes roughly 10 to 15 minutes. During this process the following sub tasks are executed:
- Stack resource creation as per cloud template.
- Issuing SSL certificates for your unique domain.
You will receive emails indicating the start of the process and final completion, once SSL setup has ended, with credentials to login to your portal. Please refer website https://fieldreports.io for updated documentation.
