Every dimension is a software hourly rate tied to a specific instance size, not a separate feature tier. The same pre-configured MySQL stack runs across all options. Pricing scales with instance capacity: general-purpose families (m-series and t-series) span small burstable sizes up to large multi-core instances, and compute-optimized c-series options are also available. Larger instances carry higher hourly rates. You run only the instances you need and stop billing when you stop them.
