This contract covers Syntasso Kratix Enterprise (SKE) with two pricing dimensions. The Annual Platform Package is your base commitment. It covers up to 200 users for one year. A user counts as a platform engineer, Promise author, or platform user, whether direct or through automation. If you need more than 200 users, you add capacity through the annual per-seat price for each additional user. That per-seat charge stacks on top of the base package. Pricing scales with your user count, not with infrastructure or usage volume.

Containers are lightweight, portable execution environments that wrap server application software in a filesystem that includes everything it needs to run. Container applications run on supported container runtimes and orchestration services, such as Amazon Elastic Container Service (Amazon ECS) or Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (Amazon EKS). Both eliminate the need for you to install and operate your own container orchestration software by managing and scheduling containers on a scalable cluster of virtual machines.

Features: The SKE Platform Manager can now read health records directly from a bucket (S3-compatible or Azure Blob Storage) via a new HealthSource resource, removing the need for a GitOps agent on the Platform cluster to deliver health information. For more information, see the Move health records onto a bucket guide. Upgrade runs replaced by a newer run now enter a Superseded state instead of staying active. A resource's health records are now listed in a consistent order, sorted by namespace and then name. Fixes Workflow pipelines that pause themselves with retryAfter now resume reliably, running once on resume instead of sometimes re-running repeatedly before settling. Health records no longer appear on the wrong resource when two Promises each have a resource with the same name in the same namespace. Two health records deleted at the same time no longer block each other from finishing, leaving both stuck Terminating. Maintenance Base image updates and package maintenance.
