Vendor refund policy
Customer can terminate a Subscription/Order Term at any time by emailing JetStream at support@jetstream.inc . If Customers terminate within 30 days following the start of the Subscription/Order Term, Customer will receive a refund in the form of credits minus any fees for the terminated Subscription/Order Term. Should Customer terminate after 30 days, Customer will not receive any refund.
