Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

An output minute measures the encoded video your jobs produce, not the source input length. Each transcoding job creates one or more outputs at chosen resolutions and codecs. The minutes of those finished outputs count toward your monthly total. Producing several bitrate versions of one video counts each version's minutes separately.
Yes. Output minutes are counted by resolution. Standard-definition outputs consume minutes at the base rate. HD and UHD outputs count as multiples of the SD rate. So higher-resolution jobs use up your monthly allotment faster than standard-definition jobs of the same length.
No. Your included minutes cover transcoding only. This product uses a Bring-Your-Own-Cloud model, so you supply your own storage and content delivery contracts. Those costs are separate and are not billed through this listing. The vendor does not currently provide storage or delivery services directly.
