    Overview

NuroNet Lite Forecasting Engine is a highly secure, encrypted AMI-based time-series forecasting solution.

NuroNet Lite Forecasting Engine is a lightweight yet powerful AMI-based solution for time-series demand forecasting, purpose-built for secure deployment within your AWS environment. Designed with simplicity, scalability, and security in mind, NuroNet Lite empowers organizations to make forward-looking supply chain decisions while maintaining full control over their data.

Whether you are managing a Build to Stock (BTS), Assemble to Order (ATO), or Configure to Order (CTO) supply chain, NuroNet Lite delivers reliable demand forecasts at both product and component levels, helping reduce inventory holding costs, improve service levels, and align supply with demand.

NuroNet Lite, applies a simplistic time-series forecasting models with bias correction to deliver reliable demand forecasting considering seasonality and trend for the chosen horizon 6 months, 12 months and 18 months.

The full version of NuroNet uses a robust ensemble of forecasting models - including ARIMA, Croston, FB Prophet, Holt-Winters, Simple Exponential Smoothening and others. This ensemble engine evaluates performance across models and intelligently selects the best fit for each SKU, time horizon, and demand pattern.

    The result:

    • Consistent forward-looking forecasts
    • High model accuracy
    • Reduced inventory holding costs
    • Improved supply-demand alignment

NuroNet's scalable architecture and seamless AWS integration make it ideal for businesses looking to embed advanced analytics into their supply chain operations with minimal IT overhead.

Data Security : The customer retains full control of input/output data stored in their own AWS S3 bucket. Once launched, customers upload CSV input files into their bucket, trigger forecasting jobs through secure REST API endpoints, and receive forecast outputs directly to their bucket.

    Key Features:

    • Fully encrypted forecasting logic secured via Fernet encryption
    • Pre-built REST API endpoints (/train, /predict)
    • Seamless integration with customer-owned AWS S3
    • Fully automated boot process (systemd + Flask API)
    • Secure deployment model, forecasting logic never exposed to customers
    • Forecasting output automatically uploaded to customer S3 bucket

    Highlights

    • Product Forecasting for Build to Stock (BTS) Supply Chain Model that provide highly accurate forecast based on the demand volatility and aggregation. The NuroNet forecast generated drives the Inventory Target setting and Supply Plan.
    • NuroNet Lite enables precise component and sub-assembly forecasting for Assemble to Order (ATO) and Configure to Order (CTO) supply chains. It provides your suppliers with clear visibility into the parts required to stage and assemble finished products, aligned with projected demand and supplier lead times. This ensures timely availability of components, minimizes delays, and supports agile production planning.
    • NuroNet Lite generates reliable, forward-looking forecasts by leveraging historical actuals provided in pre-defined input templates available through the AWS Marketplace listing. To ensure optimal accuracy, the engine requires 2 to 3 years of historical data, capturing trends, seasonality, and demand patterns essential for high-quality forecasting.
