Getting Started with SleakOps:
- Run CloudFormation Stack: Start by running a CloudFormation stack in your main AWS account. This creates three temporary roles.
- Setup Cost Management: The SleakOpsLambdaCostAllocationRole creates a Lambda function to enable cost tracking tags, helping SleakOps manage your cost data.
- Complete Integration: The SleakOpsCallbackLambdaRole creates a Lambda function that sends necessary information to complete the setup.
- Create and Clean Up Accounts: The SleakOpsIntegrationRole sets up an organizational unit and creates four accounts (production, development, management, and security). After the setup, all temporary roles and functions are deleted from your main account.
- Secure Management: SleakOps will then manage only the new accounts, keeping your main AWS account secure.
