You choose from four subscription tiers that scale by data volume and author users. The Free Subscription gives you Reader-only access with up to 10 GBs of data. The Team Subscription raises the limit to 50 GBs and adds 1 Author User. The Large Team Subscription supports up to 150 GBs and 5 Author Users. The Enterprise Subscription sets your data and user limits through negotiation. Author Users build dashboards, while Reader access lets others view without adding to seat counts. Pricing scales as your data storage and number of authors grow.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
The limit measures data storage in GBs staged in your cloud data lake. Reader access does not add to it. Readers only view and filter dashboards without altering data. The platform does not bill by user, so inviting colleagues as Readers keeps your data volume unchanged.
An Author User builds and designs dashboards inside a project. A Reader only views and filters published dashboards without changing the underlying analysis. The Team Subscription includes 1 Author User, and the Large Team Subscription includes 5. The Free Subscription includes Reader-only access with no Author Users.
