AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.

You buy this as a contract with pricing set by user count. Two product families are available. Desktop Softphone subscriptions give agents and supervisors the softphone client. Softphone Wallboard Bundles add real-time and historical dashboard monitoring on top of the softphone. Each family comes in fixed user bands: 10, 20, 50, 100, 200, 300, 500, and 1000 users. You pick the band that matches your named agent count. Licensing is per named agent, and the same license covers agents and supervisors. Choose a bundle if you also want wallboard reporting.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one user for billing across the softphone bands?
The software is licensed per named agent, not per concurrent session. Each person you assign is one user. The same license covers both agents and supervisors, so a supervisor does not need a separate seat. Pick the band that matches your named agent headcount.
What does the Softphone Wallboard Bundle add compared to a Desktop Softphone subscription at the same user count?
The bundle adds real-time and historical dashboard monitoring on top of the softphone client. You get visual dashboards built from performance indicators, plus threshold-based alerts. The plain Desktop Softphone subscription gives agents and supervisors the softphone client without the wallboard reporting layer.
What happens to my cost if my agent count grows past my chosen user band?
Each band is a fixed user count: 10, 20, 50, 100, 200, 300, 500, or 1000. If your named agents exceed your band, you move to a band that fits the larger headcount. Bands do not stack incrementally per extra user; you select the matching size.
