Overview
Discovery and Design
· Initial Sessions: Introduction to the VOC Analytics team, review of the work schedule, and assessment of deployment readiness.
· Requirements Gathering: Up to three (3) discovery sessions with one (1) dedicated remote consultant, focused on gathering functional and BI analysis requirements.
· Scope Formalization: Complete functional worksheets based on the information gathered.
VOC Cloud Infrastructure Consulting
· Objective: Provide the client with guidance on the technical and network configuration required to access the VOC Analytics platform and ensure secure and efficient data transmission.
· Includes: - Presentation of available integration options (APIs, channel connectors, edge services). - Firewall and communication requirements between the client's infrastructure and the VOC Analytics cloud. - Review of data traffic security, enabled domains, and associated configurations.
Integration Testing
· Validation of connectivity with VOC Analytics platform entry points.
· Testing of data sending and receiving from the client's source.
· Integration with APIs.
· Packet analysis to detect and resolve communication errors.
· Documentation of results and guidelines for production deployment.
Client Responsibilities
· Validation of recommendations provided by the VOC Analytics team.
· Ensure the necessary technical permissions and access.
· Make any necessary internal changes to your infrastructure to facilitate integration.
