Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
This listing uses a single contract-based pricing dimension called Basic. You pay per user, per month, so your cost scales with the number of people who need access. The contract sets the commitment term, while your user count determines the total. Adding or removing users changes what you pay under this per-user structure. The platform covers the source-to-pay process, including sourcing, supplier management, budgeting, and system integration, all delivered under this one pricing option.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one user for the per-user, per-month charge?
One user is one person with a login to the platform. Your monthly cost equals your active user count. Buyers, sourcing staff, and other internal team members each count as a separate billed user. Suppliers you invite typically use a supplier portal and are managed separately from your internal user count.
What happens to my bill if I add or remove users mid-contract?
Cost scales with your user count under the per-user, per-month model. Adding users raises your monthly charge; removing them lowers it. Each user is billed at the same rate, so there are no tier jumps. The contract sets the commitment term while your headcount drives the total each month.
What is included in the platform for each licensed user?
Each user gets access to the source-to-pay features covered under this one option. That includes sourcing and RFQs, supplier onboarding and evaluation, purchase orders, product cost management, budgeting and spend tracking, dashboards, and connectors for PLM and ERP systems. All functions are delivered under the single per-user price.
