This contract pricing centers on the Flowcase User license, billed per user. You buy one license for each person who needs access. The other five dimensions are optional add-ons you layer onto your user base. Premium support follows your agreement terms. Audit log adds a record of activity. Generative AI covers translation, shortening, and proofreading. Custom Fields let you collect extra data your firm needs. Professional Services covers setup or advisory help. You select only the add-ons you want, so total cost scales with user count plus the extras you choose.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
One license covers one person who needs access to the platform. You buy a license for each staff member using it, such as proposal managers, marketing, business development, and operations teams. Your license count drives the base cost, and add-ons layer on top of that user base.
The Generative AI dimension covers three functions: translation of content into other languages, text shortening to meet word or page limits, and proofreading for grammar and typos. You add it on top of your user licenses if your team wants these features. Without it, you still get core resume and project management.
Your Flowcase User licenses form the base charge, scaling with the number of people who need access. Each add-on you select bills alongside that base on the same contract. You pay only for the extras you choose, so total cost equals user count plus your chosen add-ons.

Vendor refund policy
The Customer will be invoiced annually, upfront, and the Customer will not be refunded any annual fees already paid. The number of users at the start of each yearly period will be used to calculate the yearly price for each period.

What do you like best about the product?
Flowcase is an excellent program for managing CVs and references. It is intuitive, user-friendly, and has powerful search functions. The ability to create shared texts saves time and ensures consistent CVs. Adjustments in the tender section can easily be pushed back to the master CV, making the process flexible and efficient. Flowcase has many qualities, and the company impresses by continuously optimizing and listening to user needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that the program has to fit many users at once, means that not everyone can have it 100% tailored to themselves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Flowcase ensures that we can update CVs in a professional and easy way, which means that the proposals we submit become more consistent in both wording and appearance. It helps us keep CVs better updated with its push options, where you can, for example, push text created in a proposal back into the CV. In addition, it gives us the ability to search for competencies across a large company, etc.

Everything! it's just outstanding! I haven't really found any flaws.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, I believe it has all the expected features and I especially appreciate that it's note bloated with far-fetched features such as rudimentary project management modules, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to keep consultant profiles accurate still adaptable. Flowcase solves that perfectly.
