You buy this platform through a private offer under a contract term. Pricing scales by the number of licensed hospital beds you cover. Three tiers group your bed count into brackets: up to 150 beds, 151 to 250 beds, and 251 to 500 beds. You pick the tier that matches your facility's licensed bed count. As your bed count grows into a higher bracket, you move to the next tier. Each tier reflects a set license quantity range rather than per-bed billing. The cloud-hosted platform serves care teams across the beds you license.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as a licensed bed for billing purposes?
A licensed bed is a bed your hospital is officially authorized to operate, not the count currently occupied. Your tier reflects your facility's total licensed bed count. You match your authorized bed capacity to the bracket that contains it.
What happens to my cost if my licensed bed count grows past my tier's range?
Each tier covers a set bracket of licensed beds. If your authorized bed count grows beyond your current bracket, you move to the tier that contains the new total. The tier price applies to your whole bed count, not just the added beds.
What does the platform deliver across the beds I license?
The cloud-hosted platform uses AI to summarize clinical data inside the electronic health record. It pre-generates documentation such as progress notes, discharge summaries, and care plans. Care teams across your licensed beds use these outputs to support physicians, nurses, and case managers.
