You start with a monthly plan that bundles a base allowance: 3 users, 2,000 compute minutes, and 20GB of storage. This flat fee covers your core usage. Three usage add-ons handle anything beyond those limits. You pay per user-day for extra users, per minute for extra compute, and per GB-day for extra storage. Each add-on bills only for what you consume during the cycle. This lets your cost scale with actual usage rather than fixed tiers. The base plan sets your included capacity, and the add-ons cover overage independently.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one user-day for the additional users charge?
A user-day is one extra user active for one day during the billing cycle. The base plan includes 3 users. Once a fourth or later user joins, each counts per day of activity. Ten users active for one day equals seven user-days beyond the included three.
What happens to my bill if I stay within the base plan limits?
You pay only the flat monthly fee. The base plan covers 3 users, 2,000 compute minutes, and 20GB of storage. No add-on charges apply unless you go past one of these three allowances during the cycle.
How do the compute and storage add-ons combine on one invoice?
Each add-on meters independently and adds to your bill. Extra compute bills per minute; extra storage bills per GB-day. You can exceed one allowance without triggering the others. Compute-heavy query workloads drive compute charges, while retained datasets drive storage charges. All charges appear on the same invoice.
