Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

What is our primary use case?
My main use case for Zylo is understanding the cost of unused licenses, app allocation, and tracking. I input the data manually based on the percentage we have used, and this also gives us a comparison between industry competitors' prices so we can understand our position better.
What is most valuable?
The best features Zylo offers are the user-friendly and easy interface. The industry benchmark is a particular part of the interface that stands out, making it easier to understand the trend and to identify cost savings opportunities.
Zylo has impacted my organization positively because it is easier to use and understand. I believe Zylo has improved decision-making and reduced the time required for these processes.
What needs improvement?
I think Zylo is good enough, and I do not see any major improvements needed.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using Zylo for one year.
What other advice do I have?
I would rate Zylo an eight out of ten. I chose this rating because I have only been using Zylo for one year, so it will take time to fully assess its impact.
Regarding Zylo's AI capabilities, they are very secure and confidential. In terms of accuracy and reliability of the output, Zylo is very accurate.
Zylo is deployed in my organization as a private cloud. I use Amazon Web Services (AWS) as the cloud provider for my private cloud setup with Zylo.
I believe my manager is aware of the deployment, though I am not aware of the purchase through the AWS Marketplace.
I would definitely recommend Zylo to others looking to use it because it is very helpful and user-friendly. My overall review rating for Zylo is eight out of ten.
