Red Access is an agentless, browser agnostic security solution. It is the fast route to SSE-grade + browser security capabilities, without the heaviness and network overhaul
In todays world, work happens everywhere-across browsers, SaaS apps, GenAI tools, and both managed and unmanaged devices. Red Access delivers intelligent, seamless security exactly where its needed. Without relying on endpoint agents, browser extensions, or complex infrastructure changes, the platform protects every user session in real time, giving deep visibility and precise control over activity.
A fundamentally different approach:
Unlike traditional solutions that rely on heavy traffic inspection or network re-architecture, Red Access combines the strengths of network-level monitoring with user-level context. This enables granular policy enforcement right where risk occurs-keeping sensitive data safe without slowing the business down.
Protection against modern threats:
Red Access prevents phishing, credential theft, data exfiltration, malicious content, and emerging risks from GenAI tools, AI-powered browsers, and shadow SaaS usage. By inspecting uploads, downloads, copy/paste actions, form inputs, messaging, and AI prompts in real time, it stops sensitive data exposure before it happens.

AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
You buy Red Access through a contract priced by the number of users covered per month. The four tiers scale by user volume: Core Tier covers 250 users, Advanced Tier covers 1,000 users, Professional Tier covers 5,000 users, and Premium Tier covers 10,000 users. Each tier reflects a set monthly user count rather than optional add-ons or instance sizes. You pick the tier that matches your workforce size. As your user count grows, you move to a tier with a higher coverage capacity. Pricing scales directly with how many users you need to protect.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one user for billing across the tiers?
A user is a person whose web sessions Red Access protects across browsers, SaaS apps, and embedded desktop apps. Licensing is per user, not per device. One person using several browsers or devices still counts as a single user. Contractors and BYOD users covered through a governed session count too.
What happens when my user count grows past my tier's coverage?
Each tier covers a fixed monthly user count: 250, 1,000, 5,000, or 10,000 users. If your workforce grows beyond the tier you bought, you move to a tier with a higher user count. The tier reflects total users protected, not just the additional ones.
Does the tier I pick change which security features I get, or only user capacity?
The four Marketplace tiers differ by monthly user count, not by feature set. Each covers session-layer protection like web filtering, DLP, GenAI governance, and browser extension control. You select the tier matching your workforce size. The user count is what separates one tier from another.
