The AI Agent follows a token-based usage model. Each account receives tokens equal to a percentage of its licensed assessment value. If you exhaust that allocation, you can purchase additional tokens at any time. So the bundle covers a starting token amount, but heavy AI Agent use may add cost.
Every purchase includes online product training, product updates and maintenance, quarterly update training, 8-5 product support, white-labeling options, and access to sales enablement materials through the Partner Portal. Around-the-clock 24/7 support is available separately for an extra charge.

customers are very delighted after getting those tailored reports and our NOC team do not have to create those reports manually now. Dashboards and visibility of the data is on spot.
Its very easy to use and implementing is also very user friendly. we have received very good customer support for using this tool for their accounts. our NOC team is using frequent to provide customer with the data required. currently , we have integration also to look after and implement for few third party tools that we are using Inhouse.

What do you like best about the product?
CoreStack, The name itself, implies the value of this product comes with a variety of solutions in a single plate, We have been using this tool for more than ten months, and we are enjoying the product features; this single stack will bring you Cost Management, Cloud Security poster management, also we have cloud deployment features. One cool part about the tool is that we can integrate the core stack to any top cloud vendors in the market now, and no additional agent deployment is required on the resources side. After using this tool, we have cut down many resources cost to half. The centralized cost reports are just excellent.
