Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
This listing is a private-offer contract priced on a single dimension: the number of sites you support. You buy units, where each unit represents one site managed within the CMS. Pricing scales directly with your site count, so adding more sites increases your unit total. There are no separate tiers or instance sizes in this listing. Because it is a private offer, you agree to terms and quantity directly with the vendor. As your site count grows, you can expand the number of units to match your needs.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one site for billing purposes?
A site is one website, brand, or region managed within the CMS. You can centrally run multiple websites, microsites, and campaign sites in a single platform. Each managed site counts as one unit, so a main brand site and a separate microsite each add to your unit total.
How does my cost change as we add more sites over time?
Cost scales with your site count. Each added site increases your unit total. The vendor lets you expand site count as your digital footprint grows through resource expansion options. Because this is a private offer, you agree on added quantity directly with the vendor rather than through automatic tier jumps.
What infrastructure and support come with each site unit?
Each unit includes hosting with automatic scaling, a global content delivery network, and dedicated production and staging environments. You also get 24/7 monitoring, a 99.9% uptime guarantee, automatic backups, encryption, and managed deployments. The vendor handles infrastructure, security, and platform upgrades so you focus on content.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Brightspot allows our entire editorial team to post their updates to our website. I also appreciate the headless mode it provides, which lets our developers ingest data from it. It's great that we can customize it to suit our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The upgrade process is challenging. For infrastructure management, we've had a couple of issues with stability. Setting up Brightspot's infrastructure hasn't been so easy and requires some knowledge from our team, especially given our customizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Brightspot for content management, enabling our editorial team to update the website and providing a headless mode for developers to ingest data.

Excellent Support and Training with End-to-End Website Design & Hosting
Reviewed on Jul 09, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Their support staff has been excellent, providing both creative and technical help, along with training and guidance for my team in learning the CMS. Another deciding factor in choosing them as a vendor was that they could both design and host our company’s websites.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been a few instances where we’ve needed to put together a statement of work (SOW) to build custom features within the CMS for front-end display, as well as to ensure certain modules function the way we intended.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to create shared pages and modules across sites reduces the time it takes to update content that appears in multiple places. Before Brightspot, the CMS we used was very cumbersome and made even simple edits feel like a chore. Brightspot’s user interface is much more streamlined; using modules to structure webpages keeps things organized, and the live preview makes it easier to create, review, and edit content as you go.
