Embrace a streamlined approach to SAP client creation, ensuring impeccable data integrity. Bid farewell to prolonged system refreshes and exorbitant storage expenses. Dive into the next era of SAP landscape optimization with Client Sync™.
DSM Client Sync™ is the answer to the challenges faced when managing an expansive SAP landscape. With its unique approach, you no longer need to undertake full system copies or halt operations. Instead, experience up to 90% disk space savings by copying only the data subsets you need.
Through high-performance, asynchronous parallel processing, achieve impressive copy rates, peaking over 100GB per hour, enabling faster system refreshes and more agile landscapes.
Beyond efficiency, DSM Client Sync™ ensures data cohesiveness. Automatically include vital transactional data, even if it lies outside your chosen timeframe, preserving all crucial dependencies in the new client. Furthermore, it offers enterprise-slicing functionality suitable for both system splits and mergers.
Highlights
Optimized Performance: Create fully functional clients with drastically reduced footprints. Experience space savings of up to 90% and rapid copy rates exceeding 100GB per hour.
Integrity Assured: Automatic inclusion of transactional data ensures that all dependencies remain intact, providing you with complete and consistent data.
Agile and Flexible: Whether you're undergoing system splits, mergers, or just regular operations, DSM Client Sync™ adapts to your requirements, ensuring your landscape remains agile and responsive.
AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.

You buy Client Sync under a contract based on the size of your production database. The seven dimensions form a tiered structure measured in gigabytes (GB). Each tier covers a defined size band, starting from 0GB to 500GB and rising through bands up to 100,000GB. You pick the tier that matches your production database size. As your database grows into a new band, you move to the matching tier. All tiers deliver the same core capability; only the covered database size range differs between them.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What does the gigabyte figure in each tier measure?
Each tier is based on the size of your production database, measured in gigabytes (GB). You count the total data footprint of your live production system, not the reduced copy Client Sync creates. You then select the tier whose GB band contains that production database size.
What happens to my tier if my production database grows past its band?
Each tier covers a fixed GB range. If your production database grows beyond your current band, you move to the tier that matches the new size. The charge reflects the tier your production database size falls into, not just the amount of growth.
Does the tier depend on the copied client size or the source system size?
The tier is set by your production database size, not the smaller copies Client Sync produces. Client Sync copies only selected data subsets, reducing the new client's footprint. That reduction lowers storage use, but your pricing tier still tracks the source production database size in GB.
