Denodo provides a centralized data access layer that unifies distributed data in real time without replication.
Denodo Platform facilitates the deployment of a logical data management approach for enterprise data governance and compliance, across all data sources without data movement or duplication.
Denodo allows to deploy agentic AI architectures connecting AI agents to enterprise data with semantic context in a secure and governed way without re-ingestion.
Denodo for AWS leads with agentic AI to accelerate data access and cloud adoption for all, powered by data virtualization, integrates and delivers data from AWS, SaaS and other data sources.
It creates a centralized logical data access and management layer that decouples data access from the complexity of the underlying data sources, regardless of where the data resides, to create business-friendly views of all enterprise data.
It powers data integration with AI/ML driven automatic recommendation of datasets, infrastructure management and smart query optimization.
Take advantage of the consumption based pricing based on volume of data retrieved from the data sources and the number of data products published as business views via the Denodo Data Marketplace.
Customers now have the ability to choose from three different tiers. All paid tiers add advanced performance and acceleration, including the Data Lakehouse Acceleration Engine:
Team Tier: empower small teams to deliver focused data projects with fast time-to-value. It comes with single server support up to 8 cores and with 100 data products and 7.5TB/year.
High Availability Tier: support growing workloads with reliable performance across multiple projects and teams. It includes clustering capabilities and comes with 225 data products and 25 TB/year.
Business Critical Tier: unify data at full enterprise scale with resilient mission-critical operations It includes clustering capabilities and comes with 750 data products and 75 TB/year.
Key Features:
Unified data access across hybrid and multicloud environments
Get live, zero-copy access to operational and analytical data across your entire data estate.
Gain a single, trusted view of data across on-premises, multi-cloud, and sovereign environments (200+ systems).
Universal semantic layer and trusted business context
Establish a consistent, shared semantic layer across Amazon SageMaker Lakehouse, AWS data services, on-premises systems, and multi-cloud environments.
Deliver a unified business view with common definitions, metrics, and relationships, ensuring AI and analytics operate on trusted meaning and context.
Strong governance and security
Enforce consistent security and governance across all data, with Denodo governing non-AWS sources alongside Amazon SageMaker's native controls for AWS data.
Protect sensitive data and reduce risk using fine-grained access controls, dynamic masking, and end-to-end data lineage across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
AI-ready data foundation
Build and run AI agents on Amazon SageMaker and Amazon Bedrock, with Denodo delivering governed, real-time data access with embedded context, lineage, and policy controls.
Ensure AI models and agents access trusted, compliant, and relevant data for reliable decision-making and autonomous actions at scale.
Turn business context into live, zero-copy, policy-controlled data access using MCP, text-to-SQL, and metadata embeddings instead of bulk data movement.
Key Use Cases for Denodo on AWS:
AI-ready data for intelligent AI agents: A universal semantic layer unifies all enterprise data in real time, providing context-rich, trusted information that enables AI agents to deliver accurate insights and take autonomous actions, accelerating decisions and driving measurable business impact.
Unified analytics for hybrid and multicloud: Users can query distributed data sources in real-time as if they were part of one unified logical data layer without copying data or building complex ETL (extract, transform, load) pipelines. Teams can use consistent, trustworthy datasets for analytics with significantly less effort.
Self-service access to enterprise data (e.g., SAP, Oracle): Business users and analysts can get live, self-service access to data in enterprise applications such as SAP and Oracle without relying on IT. Users can easily explore application data and selectively retrieve datasets for analysis in their preferred AWS services or tools.
Workload migration and cloud modernization: With a logical data abstraction layer, your organization can migrate to AWS services and modernize architecture seamlessly, isolating reports and applications from backend changes to avoid operational disruptions and accelerate cloud adoption.
Highlights
Live, zero-copy access to operational and analytical data across hybrid, multi-cloud, and sovereign environments to power AI and analytics.
Unified semantic layer that provides common business definitions, metrics, and relationships so AI and analytics use consistent, trusted data.
Federated governance and security with fine-grained access controls, dynamic data masking, and end-to-end lineage across distributed data sources.
AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.

You buy this platform through a contract with three tiers, each sold in units. The tiers scale by capacity across two main usage measures: the number of governed data products you publish and the volume of data processed per year. Team Tier supports a single server up to 8 cores, 100 data products, and 7.5 TB/year. High Availability Tier adds clustering, 225 data products, and 25 TB/year. Business Critical Tier also includes clustering, with 750 data products and 75 TB/year. Pick the tier that matches your data products and yearly volume.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one 'data product' toward my tier limit?
A data product is a published virtual view in the platform. Approved tools, applications, or users can access and query it directly, including through the Data Marketplace. Each tier caps how many you can publish: 100 for Team, 225 for High Availability, and 750 for Business Critical.
How is the yearly data volume measured for billing?
Volume counts the total data the platform processes. This includes data returned to connected tools or applications from queries and API requests, plus data loaded into the configured cache. Team includes 7.5 TB/year, High Availability 25 TB/year, and Business Critical 75 TB/year. Units follow the decimal standard where 1 unit equals 1,000 of the preceding unit.
Which usage measure drives my cost the most?
Two measures set your tier: published data products and yearly data volume processed. Either one can push you toward a higher tier. High-query analytics workloads tend to hit the volume limit first. Projects publishing many governed views tend to reach the data product cap first. Pick the tier covering both your needs.

An AMI is a virtual image that provides the information required to launch an instance. Amazon EC2 (Elastic Compute Cloud) instances are virtual servers on which you can run your applications and workloads, offering varying combinations of CPU, memory, storage, and networking resources. You can launch as many instances from as many different AMIs as you need.
This offering includes a limited Denodo Solution Manager license to start configuring basic services: - It allows you to manage up to 2 Denodo Platform environments (PRODUCTION and DEVELOPMENT) in Standard Mode.
You can replace that included limited Denodo Solution Manager License by the one Denodo Solution Manager license you obtain from Denodo Technologies or resellers through the private offer to obtain full functionality.
This offer deploys a Amazon Linux Server VM with a Denodo Solution Manager installed. After launching the instance the following activities must be performed in the VM instance: 1) Log in as ec2-user and optionally install a Denodo Solution Manager license. 2) Log in as ec2-user start Denodo services. You can find more detailed information in the Denodo 9 for AWS Quick Start Guide - https://community.denodo.com/docs/html/document/9/en/Denodo%20Platform%20for%20AWS%209%20CBP%20Quick%20Start%20Guide
When you're configuring the EC2 instance you must allow IMDSv1 in order to have the Denodo Platform license working: Advanced details > Metadata version > V1 and V2 (token optional).
