Vendor refund policy
Client shall not be entitled to any refund or fee relief upon Client-initiated termination. If Vorro terminates for cause, no refund shall be issued, and Client shall remain liable for all fees for Services rendered through the termination date. In the event of Vorro's uncured material breach, Client may receive a pro-rated refund for pre-paid, unrendered Services, less any applicable termination fees. All setup, implementation and one-time fees are non-refundable.
