Both dimensions price the Twine Identity Digital Employee by identity volume, in units of 1,000 identities. You buy under a contract commitment, and cost scales with how many identities you manage. The two options differ by training scope. Essentials covers the Digital Employee trained for 3 use cases. Enterprise covers the Digital Employee fully trained across use cases. You pick the tier based on how broad a set of identity tasks you want the Digital Employee to handle, then size it to your identity count.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one identity unit for billing purposes?
Each unit covers 1,000 identities. An identity is a user account with access to your corporate systems, applications, and services. You size your purchase to your total identity count, buying units in blocks of 1,000. Your cost scales up as your managed identity count grows.
What is the difference between the Essentials and Enterprise dimensions?
Essentials provides the Identity Digital Employee trained for 3 use cases. Enterprise provides the Digital Employee fully trained across use cases. Both bill per 1,000 identities under a contract. Use cases include user access review, orphaned account ownership, and application onboarding within existing identity governance platforms.
If my identity count grows during the contract, how does my cost change?
Cost scales with the number of 1,000-identity units you buy. As you add identities, you need more units to cover them. The training tier you chose stays the same; you size the unit quantity to your identity count. Contact the vendor for exact scaling and quantity change terms.
