Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

Pricing centers on annual licenses sized by how many assets you manage. You pick a tier for up to 50,000; 75,000; 100,000; or 400,000 assets. Each tier is a fixed annual commitment covering that asset count. If you need more capacity, you add assets in bundles of 10,000. Should usage exceed your licensed count, overage charges apply, and you get advance notice before they occur. A one-time Pilot Program fee lets you test the software for a limited time and scope before committing to a full annual license.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
An asset is a structure you inspect, such as an overhead or underground utility structure. The system creates an inspection record per structure. You license the total number of structures you manage, sized to the tier that covers your inventory.
You can add capacity in bundles of 10,000 assets. If usage still passes your licensed count, overage charges apply. You get advance notice before any overage charge occurs, so no cost appears without warning.
The Pilot Program is a single fixed fee for limited-time, limited-scope testing. It is separate from the annual asset tiers. You use it to evaluate the software before committing to a 50,000; 75,000; 100,000; or 400,000 asset annual license.
