Softtek support services are embedded in our AWS Cloud Management services. These can range from traditional 8x5 to live 24x7 with Incident and Request Response and resolution SLAs required by our clients need and workloads. When you contract our services these Support level SLAs will be agreed based on services in scope and worload criticallity. Softtek has the capabitlities to provide support on multiple languages fromo our Americas, Europe or Asia Delivery Centers to help our customers.
