Assessment

• Landline: We will listen to the client's current usage status (call time, number of calls) and the company's network environment, and then consider and propose where on the network it is possible to obtain recorded data.
• mobile phone: We will arrange to work with the client, the client's mobile carrier company, or sales agent to enable recording on the client's mobile carrier.
• YouWire Web: If you have customization requirements, such as linking data recorded with YouWire with other systems or renovating the YouWire management screen, we will define and design the requirements.

Implementation

• Based on the requirements defined and designed based on the assessment, we will build, develop, test, and release the product into production.
• We will manage the recording data in a safe environment according to the client's security requirements.
