AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
1 - 2,000 Student FTE - Pricing is based on the number of student FTEs, maximum of 2000. Additional user types (e.g., faculty, staff) are included using a 10x multiplier on student FTEs at no extra cost. For institutions with more than 2,000 student FTEs, please contact us for a Private Offer.
This listing uses one pricing dimension tied to student FTE (full-time equivalent) count. You pay based on the number of student FTEs, up to a cap of 2,000. Other user types, such as faculty and staff, are included at no extra cost using a 10x multiplier on your student FTE count. This means pricing scales only with student population, not total user headcount. If your institution has more than 2,000 student FTEs, you contact the vendor for a Private Offer instead of buying through this standard dimension.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one student FTE for billing purposes?
A student FTE is a full-time-equivalent student, the base unit your price is measured against, up to 2,000. Faculty, staff, and other user types are not counted as their own units. Instead, they are covered through a 10x multiplier applied to your student FTE count at no extra charge.
What happens to my cost if faculty or staff headcount grows?
Adding faculty or staff does not raise your price. These user types are included at no extra cost through a 10x multiplier on your student FTE count. Your bill scales only with student FTE, up to the 2,000 cap. Growth in non-student users has no billing impact within that allowance.
What identity features are included in this Full Suite subscription?
The suite covers identity lifecycle automation, access requests and approvals, external identity management, delegated administration, user self-registration, self-service access requests, segregation-of-duties enforcement, and privileged access controls. These governance and administration capabilities are provided together under the single student FTE pricing dimension.
